How to register
- Email EPA at EPA-HD-MobileSource-Hearings@epa.gov requesting to testify at Docket EPA-HQ-OAR-2026-0728.
- EPA will respond with a registration form.
- Registered speakers will receive hearing-access instructions from EPA.
- Oral testimony is generally limited to approximately three minutes per speaker unless EPA later changes the limit.
- Written comments receive the same formal consideration as oral testimony. Submit written comments to the docket even if you also plan to testify.
- Monitor the EPA hearing page for scheduling updates and instructions.
Testimony preparation checklist
- State your name and organization.
- Identify the docket number: EPA-HQ-OAR-2026-0728.
- Describe your vehicle, fleet, farm, shop or professional role.
- Explain the mechanical or economic problem in specific terms.
- Provide dates, invoices, repair records or downtime evidence.
