EPA publishes annual enforcement results reporting civil penalties assessed, injunctive relief secured and mobile-source consent decrees entered in each fiscal year.
Repeal relevance: Provides the reported baseline of Clean Air Act mobile-source enforcement activity against which any 'wound down' claim must be measured.
